Return period
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order. This means you have 30 days to request a return.
Return conditions
For an item to be returned, it must:
- are in the same condition in which you received it (unworn, unwashed, with original tags),
- be in the original packaging and
- with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Return process
- Contact us at info@celluweg.de to obtain a return authorization and a prepaid return label.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will refund the purchase price within 10 working days using the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect deliveries
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately at
info@celluweg.de so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exceptions – Excluded from exchange or return
The following items are excluded from return:
- perishable goods (e.g, food, flowers, plants),
- personalized or customized products,
- Hygiene and care products (e.g. opened cosmetics),
- dangerous substances, flammable liquids or gases,
- Promotional or gift vouchers.
Exchange
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original product.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Right of withdrawal – EU customers
For orders within the European Union, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason.
The return conditions (condition of the goods, packaging, proof of purchase) correspond to the above-mentioned requirements.
Refunds
- You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and whether your refund has been approved or declined.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, free of charge to you.
